Catalyst Housing Details New £900m Contractor Line-Up
Catalyst housing association has increased the number of preferred contractors to deliver its annual building programme of roughly 800 homes.
Catalyst Housing association calculates it will spend between £500m and £900m over the next four years delivering an impressive building programme across London and the South East.
As a result, the housing association has raised the number of partner firms from seven to approximately 22.
Among the new contractors are Durkan, Guildmore, Henry Construction, and Midgard as well as major players such as Galliford Try, Kier and Lovell.
Murphy has also joined the hunt for new build projects in the social housing sector having been chosen for lots for projects worth at least £30m.
The firms will deliver a mix of housing types for Catalyst Housing from affordable rented accommodation, low cost home ownerships, private sale, and mixed tenure schemes, to some major refurbishment and regeneration above the EU procurement threshold.
Catalyst Housing has more than 21,000 rented and shared ownership homes in management across London and the South East.
